because Marco Rubio said the same thing - almost word for word - after Charlie Crist stated that he'd left the Republican Party because of the Racism he saw against the President.

“I couldn’t be consistent with myself and my core beliefs and stay with a party that was so unfriendly toward the African-American president, I’ll just go there,” Crist said on Fusion’s “America with Jorge Ramos.” “I was a Republican, and I saw the activists and what they were doing; it was intolerable to me.”
So apparently Crist saw something, that Scarborough - who was also an elected representative [Congressmen] from Florida - still hasn't seen or heard.  In response Rubio said this:
“I’ve never met a single Republican activist involved in my campaign that has ever, in my opinion, ever been motivated by race to state their objections,” Rubio said.
It's almost like they got their lines right from Frank Luntz on this, because they probably did.

those who don't agree with or criticize Marco Rubio - do so because he's Hispanic. So says - Ted Cruz.

Sen. Ted Cruz says some of the attacks on fellow Republican Sen. Marco Rubio by Democrats are motivated by race. Cruz said today the fact that Rubio is a Republican Latino poses a threat to political adversaries.  “I think Democrats and the media are afraid of Marco Rubio because he is a smart, intelligent, conservative Hispanic. And they are looking for any excuse they can to attack him, because that threatens them,” Cruz told reporters during a tour of a Texas gun manufacturing plant north of Austin. “Look, he took a drink of water in a speech. And it dominated the news for days with one network saying it was a career ender.”
So is Joe Scarborough going to demand that Cruz ccome up with evidence and proof of this the way he did with Jay Rockefeller's claim?  Doubt it.
