    Court are just that low these days

    We view "The Handmaid's Tale" as cautionary. The GOP views it as an instruction book.

      as large as the Death Penalty.  Particularly when you have intentionally relative words like "Cruel" and "Unusual," you hack away at the edges slowly until finally the rationale collapses of its own weight.  I think that by and large we are doing that, particularly with the efforts against the makers of the drugs used in lethal injection.  As it becomes harder and harder to come across and states move to using more crude methods of administering the penalty, it will wind up being reduced to fewer and fewer states to where it finally meets the definition of unusual and is eliminated.
