    -obedience comes into play.

    A few hundred people peacefully blocking the entrances for a number of days in a row or randomly chosen, ought to get a stiff message across.

    Even a few dozen people will have an effect.

    It's better than a rock-throwing riot because it keeps the attention on the issue.  

    If you can't get justice one way, you get justice another way: in the court of public opinion to shame this company into dealing with their f---ing evil racist managers.

        It worked for divestment from South Africa during Apartheid.

        It can work for dealing with a rogue company with a rogue manager.

        Or do you have another suggestion?
