If I was a woman and some guy grabbed my breast, I'd call 911 faster than he could say "hey it was a joke," and he'd be explaining himself to the police. And firing someone for that is retaliatory termination, which ought to be provable prima-facie given the facts in evidence.
Not that I advocate against doing that, but the chances of you winning such a case are less than 5%, if you can even find a lawyer to bring it to trial. I did some research on this kind of thing for an article a couple years ago. (The odds of your winning a ADA claim against your employer are even smaller, at around 3%. If your employer actually says 'I'm firing you because of your disability' and you get it on tape, you are still very likely to lose, because you have to prove that there was no other reason, which is essentially impossible unless the company has horrible representation.)
Alternately there's always, "If you touch me again, I'm going to send you to the hospital."  Say it in as cold a voice as possible.  Use of force in self-defense against physical assault is lawful and moral, and also permissible to advocate on this site.
Sure. And is fine as long as you can immediately go get another job somewhere else, and don't have to worry about unemployment (you'd be terminated 'for cause', remember, so no unemployment insurance) or being blacklisted (a major concern in some areas of employment) etc.

I'm not saying that you're wrong, I'm just saying that if you really don't have to worry about any of that you're VERY lucky.
