  •  Are You "Outraged" At Jindal's Position's? (0+ / 0-)

Why?  Are you just as outraged at Mary Landrieu who equally supports the oil and gas industry?  Would you vote for her?  Of course.  Positions don't trump Senate control.

To get elected to a Statewide position in Louisiana you better support the Oil and Gas Industry.  Even if you are a Democrat.

    •  His Position's WHAT? (5+ / 0-)

Sorry, but this "apostrophe plural" thing is getting totally out of control, and people need to know it's wrong. The word you were looking for is just "positions." They don't own anything.

As to the real matter at hand, there is a major difference between this, yes, OUTRAGE of actively intervening in an ongoing ecological litigation and the congressional activities of a senator doing the minimum necessary to be seen as supporting her state's major industry and --not incidentally-- keeping the Senate in Democratic hands.

There are outrages and outrages, you know. Perspective! It's not just for paintings.
