Grimes is really making me angry. She had the perfect opportunity to slam the turtle over health care and did absolutely nothing. And now to go out there and use the microphone to argue against her own party....sickening. I am truly disgusted with her.

Now the Grimes campaign is finally hitting McConnell over his gyrations on the issue, accusing him of “voting to destroy Kynect.” From Grimes senior adviser Jonathan Hurst:

Mitch McConnell has been in the fantasyland that is Washington for so long that he cannot tell the difference between fact and fiction. McConnell has voted to destroy Kynect — and he has said he will do it again. In the U.S. Senate, Alison Lundergan Grimes will fix the law to ensure it is working for all Kentuckians.

She probably expected the media to go after McConnell on Kynect, and the new rules on coal have virtually sunk her chances of winning.

I just really DO NOT understand why Obama couldn't have waited until after the mid-terms to announce his wet dream to all the environmental warriors out there.

After all the time we've spent polluting the planet would FIVE MONTHS have made any difference?

It sure would have to the fate of the senate. Because it isn't just Grimes at stake. Grimes affects Nunn and affects the rest of the close races.

If it LOOKS like Democrats are clobbering Republicans (and a well-entrenched one at that), then other folks in other states will get on that bandwagon and feel that they should do the same.

      Monkey see, monkey do.

Sometimes I just DO NOT understand how Obama thinks.
