    I changed my weigh-in day to Friday, since I'm more likely to consume my WW cheat points on the weekend, giving me extra time to work water weight off. I've been beating myself up for the past week. I veered off of WW substantially, stopped my daily walks, and got back into my diet soda addiction. I was in a funk, thinking it was worthless. Today, I realized that the only thing I can do when I mess up is forgive myself and get back up again. So I'm looking at today as a fresh start. Just got back from my walk, feel good, and had an avocado for breakfast instead of something fried. And there's not a gram of aspartame in my kitchen.
