    This appears to be a myth. Certainly not all (a large majority, but not all) mammals have external testicles. But some, like elephants, rhinos, dolphins, and others, do not. This appears to be an evolutionary holdover from earlier species precursors and not a requirement of either mammalianism or maleness.

    Oh great, we just lucked out, I guess. THANKS "Intelligent" design.
