  •  Hi Homer - sorry to hear you suffer chronic pain. (10+ / 0-)

Do not go all Limbaugh on us, and sleeping in is cool when you can do it.

OK. Quick and dirty route to posting images on Kos.

    1) Open an account on Flickr or Photobucket - its free and it's easy.

    2) Learn how to upload your photos from you pc gallery or photo files to Flickr/Photobucket.

With Flickr, you will find two tool bars at the top of your screen just below your browser toolbar. On the extreme right you will find "upload"

Press on this, and the upload screen opens, and you have two options to indicate which files to upload. Either give the fiel address of the image you want to upload, or simply drag and drop the image from a thumbnail or desktop onto the flickr upload page (to do this you will need to have both windows open side by side). I usually use the second method.

    3) Once you have uploaded the photo to Flickr or Photobucket, open up the photo from your photostream. With Flickr you will have the photo on the left of the screen with some icons/buttons on the right side. One of the icons is a square with a NW pointing arrow. This is the share button. Click on this and you will be offered Facebook twitter etc. lick on HTML, and a line of code will light up in blue just below the html button.

4)Copy this code and paste it into your  diary or comment and voila its done.

One point Flickr defaults to 150 X 150 pixels, which is pretty small. You will see the number 150 twice within the code. Just change the 150 to 450 (for both of them) and you will get a column width image.

    Eh Voila

    I wish I didn't know now what I didn't know then.
