    you can buy the devices to do this for $150 off the internet.

    I was stunned.

    Google Stingray and select shopping.

    Apparently the only leg up law enforcement has is they can get our phone codes from phone companies. There may also be classified back door ways of doing it.

    If it is just a matter of running through all the possible combinations of a four digit pin code a computer could do that pretty fast.

    I've read about others where you have to get on the phone or computer for a minute or two to look up some numbers.
