Someone at the same law firm represented someone who was against a union?  Well, off with her head for that!

    It's the Supreme Court, stupid!

    •  Yes, Radio, it seems petty to many (8+ / 0-)

but it meant the world to me.  Unions are in my DNA.  Unfortunately no one from a pro union law firm is running this year, or any year.

If every lawyer were judged by the clients of every associate in the firm, then no lawyer would ever be able to run for office.  In this country, everyone is entitled to representation before the courts, so there will always be lawyers representing unpopular people and unpopular causes.   It is absolutely out of line to judge Hillary Clinton by one of her colleague's clients.

But it's par for the course when you consider that she is held to an entirely different standard than other candidates.

        Have at it.

firm, and her partners represented murderers, I woudn't bring it up.  But her firm didn't provide a defense for an accused person.

Boe heartily attacked the union in a way that few others do, and twisted the regulations thru appeals, to thwart the democratically expressed wishes of the workers.

I don't mind lawyers defending criminals. I loathe law firms whose lawyers who screw workers.

and my mother warned me that I might be judged by the company I keep.

But that's so 5 or 6 decades ago, I suppose.

and my example on Hillary's law partner is over 30 years old.
