    to force an amendment. What's the difference. I see none.

    Yes, an Amendment is harder to pass. But that also means it will be harder, if not impossible to repeal.

    So, upon further consideration, I am of the position that an Amendment is still the way to go.

    But I am highly intrigued by the whole 20% idea. This is actually something I have been thinking about already. I was even involved in promoting a similar idea a few years ago.

    But language can make all the difference in the world.

    The concise, simple language of the 20% Solution means it can be sold so to speak. It's very appealing.
