    It was his COMPANY that was fined. He was never convicted of anything. And those allegations that he took the Fifth on every question that was asked of him? Total lies. The record clearly shows that he stated his name.

      when I'm in print, so I added the allegations phrases by habit.

      But since it says history with Medicare fraud, and he was the CEO that seems accurate, don't you think.

        BUT - since the charges were against the company, I wouldn't edit what you've written to say that HE was the criminal.
