Could they have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him.... I mean her with a terrible resolve?

We saw this in 2012, when African Americans reacted to voter suppression with massive turnouts. I have a feeling we will see this again in 2014, but currently, all the polls are missing it.

is nearly complete in every household with people aged about 55 and under.

Only those in the oldest co-horts of the population still use only a landline.

Guess what sort of numbers polling companies call, so that they can be assured that they are calling a specific location geographically? Land lines.

I expect polling to just keep getting it wrong because of this.

Me? I think that women and Latinos are gonna come out in droves all silent running right up until election day.

It's gonna stun the pundits, who have been expecting the historical rebound to the opposition Party in the mid-term at the tail end of a lame duck presidency. I believe the Cantor defeat is merely the first thunderclap of a political storm which will tear asunder what remains of the GOP. Those lunatics sowed the Tea Party and they are reaping the Whirlwind this year. Good riddance to bad rubbish.
