    Issaquena- Primary Turnout 129, Runoff 177, Cochran number goes up from 71 to 72
    Adams- Primary Turnout 2727, Runoff 3402, Cochran number goes up from 54 to 56
    Leflore- Primary Turnout 1555, Runoff 1955, Cochran number goes up from 75 to 79
    Yazoo- Primary Turnout 2122, Runoff 2655, Cochran number goes up from 55 to 61

      turn out for the initial Primary. They would have been Cochran supporters. Now that Cochran is up against it, they came out today for him. We'll see.

      It’s the Supreme Court, stupid! Followed by: It's always the Supreme Court! Progressives will win only when we convince a majority that they, too, are Progressive.
