  •  Ahhh yes, more irrelevant and not at (0+ / 0-)

issue HIPPA and more handwaving and  hypothetical victims. Possibly a MANN Act violation as well, I guess, I mean, it could be. So, no real, actually informative increment to my understanding of the way the ADA operates and is applied. Thanx for the entertainment.

BTW, your response is a complete non-sequitur. Do you know what that means? Did I menion other employees, name tags, clients or prospective employees in the vicinity in my hypothetical. Or that my brother in law was somewhere on the autism disorder?  I ask for information regarding a fact pattern in order to obtain clarification and you cannot address it. Tells me that my hunch was right, that there is no known ADA violation.

That, in its essence, is fascism--ownership of government by an individual, by a group, or by any other controlling private power. -- Franklin D. Roosevelt --

lutris....seriously, if you can't see a violation then you're just deliberately choosing to play ignorance. I promise you that as a lawsuit comes forward with a likely out-of-court settlement, you'll observe the company come up with a tighter policy on management behavior. It actually is a question of 'civil rights' and is prosecutable.

To label this as a form of 'fascism' is incredibly laughable, especially in light of what's going on in corporate America with the influence they wield on Congress at our expense. This situation speaks to the behavior of management (the corporation), not the 'victim' of the behavior. You've got it turned around
