      No person shall be eligible to participate in any primary election unless he intends to support the nominations made in the primary in which he participates.
      Besides, I doubt that this law would pass constitutional muster. You can't dictate how someone votes in an open election (Unless perhaps the voting process is so structured, like voting for president automatically registers your vote for VP). But he understands he doesn't have any kind of legal case, he is only hoping for some kind of rhetorcal victory, but it is a far stretch for him to make any kind of case outside the cocoon of ultra-right whacko politics.
