    Was discovered in the 70s during a construction project. Skeleton now on display at the city library, and one of the big tusks at the historical society. There's also a giant sloth found at the convergence of the Tualatin River and Fanno Creek, but I don't know where that skeleton is right now.  There are also many erratics- great granite boulders from the ice age floods- that can be seen all around the area.
