    It is ridiculous to pretend that firing teachers based on student test scores, starting charter schools, giving out vouchers or implementing merit pay will overcome the challenges facing a child living in poverty. -Jersey Jazzman

      Dpr: this is an illogical decision, to say the least, as it permits a closely-held religious corporation whose business is not fundamentally religious to impose the religious beliefs of its owners on its employees.  Where is the Court’s concern for the rmployees’ religious freedoms? And why is it that health insurance, a part of an employees’ compensation, is subject to the owners’ religious beliefs?  What’s next? Owners having religious control over the investments of a 401(k)?
