    Did Kennedy specify the type of mechanism that he thinks is available, or is it the generic "Congress can make laws" mechanism, because they tried that, and it was just struck down.  

    War doesn't determine who is right, only who is left. Better be left so you can determine later if you were right.

      The contraceptive mandate wasn't in the statute. It is a product of regulation.

      And the decision makes clear that extending the workaround for non-profit religious organizations to for-profits claiming a religious objection would satisfy RFRA.

      That does not require Congressional action.
