    forward as well with both solar and wind.  The several GE plants sport wind farms.  In my former hometown, every school was outfitted with solar panels for two reasons:  one as a lesson in science for schoolchildren and two to defray energy costs.  All stop lights are run by solar as well.

    We'll get there, even if we are 3 decades behind where we would be if Carter's energy policy hadn't been kiboshed by Reagan,
