that discriminates on the basis of its personal and religious prejudices.
(Proudly keeping some Americans 5th class citizens.)

(That's more honest than the bullshit "Equal Opportunity Employer" that claims it doesn't discriminate on the basis of age, race, gender, disability, etc.  EOE-l/i/e).

If you've ever sued a potential employer for illegal employment discrimination and obtained the confidential interview notes and organization's hiring policies through pretrial discovery, then you would know that there are many inappropriate, non-Bona Fide Occupational Qulaifications (BFOQs) that determine who gets hired that reflect negatively on the personnel bigots and how they conduct their business -- meritorious criteria are rarely used to evaluate applicants. (The first couple of seconds, non-threatening appearances, determine if you get the job.).  The old saying, "It NOT WHAT you know but WHO you know." exists for a reason.

How many low income applicants can afford to take unpaid internships where an employee is paid less than a slave (Slaves get room and board.) and are expected to pay for their housing, food, transportation, clothes, and other necessities?!  It's a way to screen out lower class people and get upper middle class sociopaths who subscribe to the philosophy that the end justifies the means and doing whatever it takes to stay in the monied class regardless of potentially harmful consequences to others.  (Class warfare).

Glass Ceilings -- actual barriers (ceilings) that employers dishonestly claim don't exist (invisible . . . made out of glass for deniability purposes).

Employment agencies also give employers protection from discrimination lawsuits.  Corporate bigots and idiots use these frequently.

Fortune 500 employer stated to me "I do the first interview when the candidate steps out of the elevator".

specialists I ever encountered in the oil, chemical, nuclear, and pharmaceutical industries, and in the state and federal government, and some were raging alcoholics (especially the Louisiana bigot from Texaco who did campus interviews at Penn State drunk out of his skull).
