    collapse of many of the world's fisheries due to the greed of the industrial world with their factory ships.

    The phenomenom of Somali hijacking and kidnapping by unemployed fishermen is a result of rapacious fishing by European and Asian fleets off the once rich waters of the Arabian Sea and Gulf of Aden.  No fish to catch, got to make a living somehow.

    The End of the Line

    Pulling yourself up by your bootstraps makes as much sense as trying to pick up a chair while you're still sitting in it.
