    moving fast. There have been too many rulings by too many judges in too many jurisdictions.  

    These limits on marriage are unconstitutional.  Who wants to be the last stupid politician standing up against them?

    If Utah's case does go straight to the US Supreme Court, there will be a nationwide ruling striking down these laws and state constitutional amendments.  I wasn't completely sure, but the other day, Alito denied a request for the Court to stop Pennsylvania from having gay marriages. Alito.

    This is a done deal. Which month or day is the only thing in question.  Let's get there quicker rather than later.

      I wouldn't read too much into that. It was HIGHLY unlikely he would get involved against the wishes of both the state AG and Gov.

      As for timing, June 30, 2015 is your answer (end of next SCOTUS term).
