    Do you have any attribution?

    I am not sure why outlets like al Jazeera would call the proposal a ceasefire if it were unilateral -- because you're right when you say that's not a ceasefire at all. It's a surrender.

    I've tried to find evidence for your claim and come up short.

      I think I understand now.

      You're suggesting that since the terms of this cease fire don't extend to the West Bank that it is meaningless.

      You're NOT suggesting (as I had mistakenly concluded) that Israel was entitled under the terms of the ceasefire to continue operations in Gaza.

      If that's accurate now, I disagree with your point. It's a Gaza ceasefire. Dismissing the value of a cessation of hostility in a hot zone is sort of preposterous.
