    The problem isn't poor people voting against their own self-interest as much as their failure to vote at all. The turnout for rich people is double the turnout of the poor. When they do turn out, Republicans are defeated.

      to register, ID, and transport, if necessary, all poor and minorities to vote. Seems they are wasting most of it, otherwise. If they all voted, no contest. You are right, they don't vote nearly enough. Defeated, apathetic, etc. Most, if they are not RW Evangelicals, understand who is on their side; especially if they are given a nudge.

      In 2010-37% of eligible American voters voted for their U.S. Reps. (Census) The 1% is not taking this country from us. We are giving it to them.
