Reality: Republicans represent only the rich. Democrats represent only the middle class and rich. I'm not aware of ANY third party today that represents The People -- including the working poor, and those who are far worse off. The Green Party, etc., and even self-described Socialist Sen. Sanders, stand only the middle class (albeit with a meaningless pat on the head to the working poor). America has a poverty crisis. For whom can the poor vote? They have no voice in the media, no representation in government whatsoever. Now think about it: Clinton/Gore targeted the poor, giving us 8 years of Bush. The poor voted third party or withheld their votes, and the middle class elected Bush. The poor, and those who understand why unrelieved poverty is such a crucial issue, voted for Obama in hopes that he could launch a legitimate public discussion about our poverty crisis. That didn't happen. With the latest budget, Dems voted to cut food stamps to the elderly, disabled and working poor.  Again. Vote for whom?
