  •  I know . . . I want to show them pics of (0+ / 0-)

recent Palestinian children's dead and decimated bodies and make them look at it, and ask if they are sure they want this. Sort of like the abortion pics protesters parade at clinics

except that these are real, already here children.

    Maybe we should do that

The pictures that circulated of children in Iraq blown to pieces by our little adventure there didn't stop them from continuing that abomination a further 10 years.  But it MIGHT reach some of the voters.  The ones with the picket signs, surrounding the buses are a lost cause, I fear.

I'll believe corporations are people when one comes home from Afghanistan in a body bag.

but those weren't WHITE babies.  They don't care about brown babies.  At least not after they are born. UNBORN brown babies are sacred.  After they are born they are gutter trash.

        •  Well... neither are Palestinian babies (0+ / 0-)

and certainly not the ones they want to blow to kingdom come on the border.  But how affected do you suppose they'd be by pictures of the slaughtered children at Sandy Hook?  My guess is not very.  The very IDEA of something like that should elicit some kind of response, but what we get is Not-Joe the Not-Plumber and his "your dead kids don't trump my rights."

I think they're irretrievable, personally, but I'd applaud any attempt to try.
