    Keynesianism in the USSR IIRC but for the life of me it's been too many years since I read it, so a cite would be even quizzical at best...

      I'm reading his intro book, Contending Economic Theories. Good so far.

        I did start on a snipe hunt down memory lane and came across this article but it is only as an aside and not the book I was thinking of

        but perhaps it's useful in filling out one's sense that there is not a lot of difference among planning regimes in the Modern period
