    speaks only of "a particular religion".  You want to argue that the employer can determine the sincerity of that individual's beliefs?  That is a thicket that the courts have repeatedly said they will not get into.  But, go ahead!  Go represent NOM or AFA and make those arguments.  I am sure that they will be more than happy to support you.  The courts, however, will not.

      Of course, now they have to stay out of the thicket so as not to expose the utter hypocrisy of the Hobby Lobby case and their subsequent decision. . . .

      So if a person checks off "Catholic" on a box, but openly publishes books, articles, and holds rallies saying there is no god, then Catholic Charities has to consider him Catholic for purposes of hiring under that executive order?  

      That's absurd.
