    did the occasional political poll for the Heritage Foundation. As was the case with polls done for most Republican candidates (and Democrats too, to be fair) the questions were phrased in a way designed to lead the respondent into giving the sorts of answers they wanted. This was about 20 years ago or so and I am sure they have only improved on their techniques of disinformation and deception!  

    My take away from that job was to agree with Mark Twain that, "There are three kinds of lies: lies, damned lies, and statistics."
