  •  Made a low-carb meatloaf tonight with locally (10+ / 0-)

    sourced grass fed beef and pork rinds.  Sounds good, but it was, well, not, as it had this strange flavor.  I'm not sure if it was the Worcestershire sauce or the tomato sauce I chose (it came from a bottle instead of the canned sauce recommended by the recipe because I simply refuse to use canned tomatoes in any form with all the toxins from the plastic liners that leach into the food), but, as a friend of my brother's used to say "It wasn't bad, it was just . . . different."

    I have the other half of the batch freezing as we speak, so I'll have to figure out some way to rescue it.

    Any thoughts?
