    It is a con with a good chance of success but still a con. To me it appears that a successful Mega-Corp has decided that they have finished setting up their own branches in all of their secure market areas. They want to expand further to areas less likely of success, so what they do? They charge some willing person to set up a branch on their behalf. The Mega-Corp risks no money, that money is provided by the franchisee and the Mega-Corp gets to expand with mosr of the profits if things go right.
