    time to honor the debt.  Singer, like him or not, has a right to be paid in full.

      . . . would seriously posit this. According to that ideology, the property right supersedes all other rights. Thus the right of an investor to a return on his investment is considered to supersede all other individual rights, indeed to supersede even the sovereign rights of foreign governments.

      To put it succinctly, this is extortion, backed by the U.S. judiciary. Argentina is a sovereign country. It has every right to refuse payment to Singer.
