said that Turkey replaced Iran as the main funder of Hamas, totoally more than 300 million dollars annually. That's a lot of rockets and suicide bombs.

Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan has agreed to provide $300 million to Hamas, in a confidential letter sent to the terrorist group's leader, according to news site International Middle East Media Center [IMEMC]. If the report proves accurate, the Turkish government would be sanctioned internationally for providing support to a globally designated terrorist organization.

Turkey is also helping funnel money to ISIS.

      seems to be in question.

If the report proves accurate, the Turkish government would be sanctioned internationally for providing support to a globally designated terrorist organization.
The daily Beast article mentions Turkey once, saying that funds pass through it.  Funds from our other allies, Nothing about Turkey or Turks funding ISIS.

Is that the best you can find?

The US alliance to Turkey is closer and more important than any connection to Israel. Especially with Russia on the move. No one is going to sanction Turkey, whether it's true or not.
