    But Sheboygan is second biggest county in the district, and Liebham's winning percentage there is so outsized compared to percentages in Winnebago and Fond du Lac that it could definitely tip the balance.

    In broad strokes, Sheboygan is a little under 50% bigger than Manitowoc, the other county Liebham is winning.  He got a 3800 vote margin out of Manitowoc.  He currently has a 3300 vote margin in Sheyboygan while being behind by 1500 votes.

    So if in the end he were to win Sheboygan by the same margin he wins Manitowoc over Grothman... Liebham wins.

    Right now though he's running 10% behind his Manitowoc rate, so.... who knows.
