    Yes, if the decision is not reversed - and it doesn't look like it will be - the tax attack the GOP always does against Dems will be an even more tenuous one than it already is here in Michigan.  Michigan does not have a billion dollars to spare on anything, let alone a tax decision that would favor out-of-state corporations.

    This could potentially be a very big deal, and not just in the court races, but across the board.  This would cause some pretty catastrophic issues with the state budget.

      It is bad news for the state budget. Michigan legislators are going to need to do some pretty slick legislating before the next 134 cases go to court.
