    as a well-known freedom-of-expression case from 2007 where Iraq War protestors were prevented by the rent-a-cops from bringing their signs into the mall. The Washington state supreme court found for the mall (though on kind of a narrow basis, i.e. it's OK for the mall to not allow people to carry large signs around in this instance since they're worried about other shoppers getting poked in the eye by them).

      Millions of little dollar bills = free speech if you are the corporation that owns the mall.  Large signs and placards protesting an unjust war, when carried by individuals, will just put your eye out.
