    If you have a moment of reflection, that can count as premeditation. It does not have to be some plan Wilson had before he stopped Brown.

      ... of slack on premeditation. Did he have a plan to shoot black people? If there was some sort of struggle through the open window or door of that squad car, doubts are likely to be resolved in the officer's favor. Not to let him off the hook, I believe, but definitely to undercut premeditation.

      I think the charge is trigger finger, second degree at the most. But he should definitely be charged.
