      get away from its past.

Too bad "AirTran" (formerly ValuJet) and "Academi" (formerly Blackwater) are already taken.

Happy little moron, Lucky little man.

...under Constellis Holdings. Here's a press release from last month.

Constellis Group, Inc., a leading provider of security, support and advisory services to government, multinational corporations and international organizations operating in challenging environments around the world, welcomes Brigadier General (Ret.) Craig Nixon as Chief Executive Officer. Constellis Group’s leadership team will also include Doug Lee as Chief Financial Officer, Juliet Protas as Chief Legal Officer, and Ray Randall as Chief Operating Officer.

Constellis Group brings together the specialized skills and operational excellence of ACADEMI Training Center, Triple Canopy, Strategic Social, Tidewater Global Services, National Strategic Protective Services, and International Development Solutions. The combination of these companies, completed in late July 2014, expands the suite of services available to clients in need of security, training, mission support and advisory services around the globe.

Nixon will take the reins of Constellis Group after successfully leading ACADEMI in its trusted support of government clients as well as its continued growth into commercial and foreign markets. Nixon brings not only private sector experience but also a decorated 29-year career in the U.S. Army, including serving as the Deputy Director of Operations at U.S. Central Command, Director of Operations at U.S. Special Operations Command and Commander of the 75th Ranger Regiment during combat operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.

          •  If you are referring to... (0+ / 0-)

...Dick Nixon, and Jay Nixon, no, they are NOT related.

A member of the Democratic Party, Nixon was first elected Governor in 2008. He is not related to former United States President Richard Milhous Nixon.

Their cause must be our cause too. Because it's not just Negroes, but really it's all of us, who must overcome the crippling legacy of bigotry and injustice. And we shall overcome. -- Lyndon B. Johnson
