It's difficult to punch someone through an open car window with a lot of force. It seems doubtful that the alleged injury was caused that way.

Does anyone know which eye was allegedly affected? And if Brown was left or right handed?

Also, is an eye patch a normal part of treatment?

    Thanks.

Would not be part of the treatment if the only injury is a blow out fracture.

I don't know about which eye was alleged, or Left vs right handed.

If the window was fully open, and one had good aim, and the relative heights worked right, yes, you could punch hard enough. That said, I don't if any of these conditions applied.
