    is - did Brown do anything to provoke the use of deadly force by the police?  did he shoot anyone? was he brandishing a loaded weapon?  Did he attack a police officer with a weapon?  No?  end of article.

      unarmed man in the back should be indefensible. I mean, hell, that has never been attributed to anything but cowardice going all the way back to the good ol' libutaran days when men were men and whiskey came with hair in it. Even the NRA should be able to embrace that.

      Come on Nugent. Where's your Wang Dang on that?! Why the hell dress yourself up in bear grease and hunt with a bow if your just gonna shoot your prey after it's been trapped in a cage.

          I can't find anything. Apparently not. There is only the independent autopsy report which says he was definitely not. Not seeing much reason for that guy to hide that, so...there it is. No.
