Isn't Italy right now in the midst of trying to charge CIA agents with something or other? Perhaps retribution for being outed as the "agency" that passed on forged documents?

And isn't "Berlusconi" Italian for "Bush"? (well, they both start with 'B" at least... ;)

Also, I think you are correct in asserting there is a third document floating out there someone. My money says it came from the nefarious OSP. God, even Chris Matthews mentions OSP all the time as the secret intelligence group "Cheney's" office put together...

Yeah, the Italy thing is pretty interesting. Not sure if you read soj's diary about the Italy arrest, but there's some pretty trippy stuff going on.

      •  i wonder where the assasinated (none)
italian intelligence officer fits into all of this. the one who was with the journalist in iraq.
      •  The Italy connection (none)
in the forged Niger documents always makes my mind come back to the shooting of the Italian intelligence agent Nicola Calipari back in March.  I know of absolutely no connection, but for whatever reason my mind keeps coming back to it.

Soj's diary is excellent, well worth the read.
