  •  I believe men and women are different (none)
    But their differences make no difference when it comes to issuing judicial decisions.  

    We should be concerned about gender representation in judicial appointments because we must be sure that qualified women are being considered for the jobs equally with qualified men and to eliminate past and present sexism.  But it's not going to make a difference in the quality of judicial opinions.
