    The sequence of events in this story are all falsifiable given access to evidence and testimony.  The evidence depends on what has already been documented.  It satifies the requirements for simplicity (Occam's Razor).

    There is enough there for a skilled investigator to work on.  An investigator like the ones who work for Patrick Fitzgerald.  So there is a possibility of actually getting relevant testimony and documents subpoenaed.  Unlike the Ohio voting irregularities, in which the courts shut down the possibility of obtaining documents through discovery and sought to penalize the attorneys who sought legal action.
