    disagree more with the notion that he should be on the SCOTUS.  He is certainly right on this issue and he did come out against the Citizens United Ruling, but on the whole is a right of center jurist, who is generally more sympathetic to business interests than the interests of the working man or woman.  His statements on the right privacy in an interview conducted in 2008 are particularly troubling as well.  In particular he stated "I think as a social good, a social aspect, I think privacy is greatly overrated because privacy basically means concealment."  A link to the full transcript of the interview is below:

    Certainly, I think he would be better than a number of other Republican Jurists, but he should NOT be selected by a Democratic President.  If he was selected by a Republican President, I would be relatively pleased as he would be better than a lot of the other alternatives.
