    Murder, rape, and other crimes are a fact of life, and they are all illegal; the justification of abortion remaining legal simply because if it is not people will break does not hold up.  

    It must also be understood that although it can be argued whether a fetus is a human life or not, for those who consider it such, it is life v. privacy, and life wins.  

    Also, adoption is an option.  I am conservative and see no problem with homosexuals adopting; I'm sure they would be happy to have these babies.
