  •  I don't know squat about the law (none)
    but if I where trying to undermine a woman's right to have an abortion, I would try to have the fetus declared a person and have SCOTUS give it full rights. Then the woman's right to privacy would be no more pertinent then my right to kill someone in the privacy of my own home.

    Can't commit murder in your living room, can't commit murder in you living womb so to speak. Cough.

    Would another line of questioning as to his opinion of the fetus as person be in order?

    Hope my ignorance isn't showing too much.
