      ... of his initial statement, there he mentions damage in connection with Novak's column.

      If there were questions, he may have touched upon the Damage Assessment Report, but it's still a document he wouldn't get to see.

        He talked about it in the question and answer time later in the hearing. I think it was Waxman that asked him about it. Larry stated at that time that no one would ever get to see the damage assesment report though because of the sensitivity. It was also very touching to watch Se. Slaughter speak and ask questions. You can tell she feels very deeply about this matter and is overwhelmed. At one point she even said there are just no words. paraphrasing there. It was very good to watch this hearing. Highly recommend watching the repeat if you can. I believe Cspan has it online now too.
