      Who's to say that values always change for the better? Are America's values changing to match the religious right? What if the "case at hand" is a public willing to accept a weaker bill of rights because of the fear of terrorism?

      Trying to see how your arguments could not also be used to support Patriot Act II, III, IV, and prayer in schools.
